    All shipments are sent by Royal Mail Priority Airmail as standard and are fully insured and covered in the event of loss or damage but do not have a tracking number. DHL expedited delivery options are available at checkout & Orders over $100 will be upgraded to DHL expedited delivery for free. The delivery time will also vary by location but in general, delivery to the USA Japan & Canada will take 7-23 days. Please note however that we have found deliveries to certain locations such as Brazil, India, Israel, Turkey, Russia, UAE and most of northern Africa can be very slow and will take several weeks to arrive.

    3 OUR USE OF YOUR DATA

    3.1 British Pharmacare is committed to integrity and professionalism in all areas of its services and therefore we take our obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 (the "Act") very seriously. We will use reasonable endeavors to protect your privacy and ensure that Personal Data (as defined in the Act) is used only for the purposes below.

    3.2 Any Personal Data (which includes your name, address and any other details you provide to us which concern you as an individual) that we collect via the web site shall be collected and processed in accordance with the Act and we shall only use it for:

    (a) collecting and processing your order; or

    (b) providing other marketing information which we think you may find of interest; or

    (c) undertaking product or customer research and development.

    3.3 We will give you the opportunity to opt out of receiving marketing information from us at the time we collect your information. You may unsubscribe from our marketing list at any time by clicking on the link within any emails we send you.

    3.4 In the unlikely event that a liquidator, administrator or receiver is appointed over us or all or any part of our assets, that insolvency practitioner may transfer your information to a third party purchaser of the business provided that purchaser undertakes to use your information for the same purposes as set out in this policy.

  • Returns & Replacements

    REFUNDS POLICY

    When you return a Product to us:

    (a) Because you have cancelled the contract between us within our seven-day cooling-off period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible after receipt of the returned item, normally within 60 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, including the cost of sending the item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us sealed and undamaged in any way;

    (b) Because the Product is defective, we will examine the returned Product and replace it or provide a refund. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

    REPLACEMENTS POLICY

   When breakages occur during delivery, we require photographic evidence from you to demonstrate that the product is indeed broken. If we are satisfied that the product has been broken, and that the damage has been caused in transit, we will refund the price of the product in full. If we have accidentally sent the wrong item to you then we will compensate you the cost of returning the product to us.

  • We will usually refund any money to the card used to pay for your purchase.
