How do I use the spray?
Remove the cap. Before first use, prime the pump by pressing firmly and quickly until a fine spray appears, keeping it pointed away from people and pets. Insert the tip into one nostril, pointing towards the back of your nose, and press firmly and quickly. Repeat in the other nostril, then replace the cap. Follow the illustrated instructions in the pack.
How often can I use it?
For people aged 12 and over, use one spray in each nostril when needed, up to twice an hour. Do not exceed 64 sprays in 24 hours. Only combine it with other nicotine replacement products on a healthcare professional’s advice. Product information
Can it cause sneezing or nasal irritation?
Yes. Sneezing, a runny nose, watery eyes and coughing can occur, particularly during the first few days. These effects usually lessen with continued use. Speak to a pharmacist if they are troublesome or persist. Do not drive or operate machinery while affected.
When should I stop and seek help?
Stop using the spray and seek immediate medical advice for breathing difficulties, swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat, seizures, or a fast or irregular heartbeat. Do not smoke or vape.
Who should not use it?
Do not use if you are under 12 or allergic to nicotine or another ingredient. If pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medicines or living with a medical condition, check the leaflet and ask a pharmacist or doctor before use.
