i got diagnosed with pathologic acid reflux and a patulous Lower Esophageal sphincter- meaning that my esophagus doesn't close as a normal one should. - which is driving my severe reflux and making reflux for 2-4 hours after every meal and i could only get about 3 hours of sleep a night. Ive tried a lot of medications including omeprazole, baclofen, tums, etc. this is the only thing that works. My first day taking it i got 7 hours of sleep for the first time in years. Next day was 8 hours. I it takes away 90% of my post meal problems. This is a great bridge solution for me to keep me sane until i get my toupet fundoplication surgery.
I love this Gaviscon Advance because it helps with acid reflux and will continue to but it . The product is packaged with care for safe delivery and I appreciate it .

I have bipositional GERD and LPR the last 5 1/2 months. I have tried so many RX and OTC's for help. I read about Gaviscon Advance from a LPR FB group. I immediately ordered and have had great success! I wish my doctor would have told me about this alginate first hand and I let him know. What's available to us in the US can't compare to Gaviscon Advance!
Great company with excellent response time for any questions regarding shipping or products. The tablets are convenient but they are sticky so you do need to brush your teeth shortly after to save your teeth. Otherwise an effective product with excellent service from the pharmacy.
I needed a real-deal alginate therapy and this is fabulous. Works better for me than anything I've tried from the US. (And yes, the UK formulation of Gaviscon Advance is very different from the USA Gaviscon Advance.) Worth the trouble of importing it, and British Pharmacare made that part easy. Well-packaged for the glass bottles.
This is an amazing product that is not available where I live in Canada. It is a highly effective at treating LPR (laryngo-pharyngeal reflux). The packaging and shipping were excellent. Will buy again.

I'm extremely grateful to be able to get this fabulous product shipped to me in the U.S. I was on tablets for years to treat severe acid reflux but had to wean off because of negative side effects.
Unfortunately, going off the tablets led to reflux that was worse than ever. Sleeping was impossible because the moment I laid down, acid flowed into my throat and sinuses. It was so extreme that it led to a serious illness that lasted 3 months and affected my breathing. The constant acid was also damaging my throat, which is pretty frightening when you're a singer. So when I say I can't live without Gaviscon Advance, those aren't just words...I truly mean it. This product helps me live and sleep normally, as well as be able to sing again. I love it and especially love that it has zero side effects. The peppermint taste is also fantastic.
