Shipping policy

Handling Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and handling before your order ships. This time is needed to prepare your items, verify payment, and arrange for shipping.

Shipping Options

Tracked Economy Shipping (Default)

  • We offer an affordable tracked shipping service for all international orders.

  • United States: Orders are shipped with Royal Mail International Tracked, handed over to USPS once inside the U.S.

  • Other destinations: We will determine the most suitable courier based on your location and order details.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • United States: 1–3 weeks

  • Other destinations: 1–3 weeks (depending on local customs and courier efficiency)

  • Remote locations may experience slightly longer transit times.

Tracking Information:

  • All shipments include tracking.

  • Tracking updates may be less frequent than with express couriers, but your package remains traceable from dispatch to delivery.

Express Shipping

  • United States: DHL Express is no longer offered, as higher duty rates apply when importing via express couriers.

  • All other international destinations: DHL Express remains available.

Estimated Delivery Time (DHL Express – outside USA):

  • 1–5 business days, depending on location

  • Most orders arrive within a week of shipping

Tracking & Reliability:

  • All expedited shipments include full tracking and priority handling.

Customs & Import Duties

United States Orders (Effective August 2025)

  • All U.S. orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

  • A “U.S. Duties & Taxes” fee is collected upfront at checkout.

  • This ensures you will not face unexpected customs charges upon delivery.

Other International Orders

  • For destinations outside the U.S., import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s laws.

  • These charges are collected locally by your customs authority or the carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for paying any duties or taxes unless otherwise specified.
