Gaviscon Advance Liquid is a remedy for indigestion, acid reflux and heartburn, helping to keep excess stomach acid under control and keeping irritation at bay. Gaviscon Advance Liquid is available in a delicious peppermint flavour and is perfect for those who struggle with indigestion or heartburn after eating spicy or fatty foods, or after drinking coffee or alcohol. It can also help those who are suffering from acid reflux because of a hiatus hernia or an inflamed food pipe.
Gaviscon Advance Liquid contains two active ingredients which work together to ease acid reflux and prevent heartburn. These ingredients are sodium alginate and potassium hydrogen carbonate. This means that they form a thick layer over the contents of your stomach, keeping excess stomach acid from moving up into your food pipe and causing irritation.
Each 10 ml contains sodium alginate 1000 mg and potassium hydrogen carbonate 200 mg

Love this product. I live in us and haven’t found anything prescription or otc for treating excess burping at night. This stuff works great and the product/shipping was easy.

I have had reflux and regurgitation in the middle of the night, a couple times a week, since taking Zepbound and it's helped immediately! I'm so glad that I discovered this product. I'm halfway through my first (of two) bottles. I just may have to get more so, as soon as I have to open the second one, I can place another order for more.
The peppermint flavor caused my GI doctor to advise absolutely NOT to use the product due to LES relaxation of the esophagus and inappropriate for Barrett's Esophagus patients. I wasted my money and paid tax and import fees for naught. Tried to contact you to cancel order but it had "shipped' (you printed the label, it didn't leave the building because Royal Mail hadn't received it yet) so I was out of luck. Wouldn't make any sense trying to return to you since I'd have to pay shipping and any other fees. Lesson learned on my part. You should put a disclaimer on the flavored impact on patients who might be using this product to do yourself and your customers a service.
Being able to order this and receive it in a timely manner in the US was great. This works much better than the US version.
I have had reflux issues on and off for several years now and this is one of the best products I’ve found. I’m also in the States, where they don’t sell this exact product, so I was hesitant to order it and have it shipped from afar but the product arrived in excellent condition and in a timely manner. I have only tried it twice. I think it works but the peppermint flavor is very strong so it adds to my acid reflux. However I didn't want the anise flavor. The first time I tried it I only used 5 ml and it wasn't effective at all, my acid reflux seemed worse. The second time I used about 10 ml and it seemed to help.
I ordered this from the US because we can’t get the same strength of Gaviscon here. It arrived in a timely manner and it works very well for what I need. Don’t particularly love the flavor, but it does its job.

I have suffered long before I found Gaviscon. For almost 2 years doctors put me on different medications and nothing was working to resolve my Lanryngopharyngeal Reflux. After doing some research I found this product and it has been working wonders.

Took a long time from ordering until arrival
I appreciate the seller getting this item to me in as timely a fashion as can be asked for with in international delivery. The product itself is very difficult for me to take due to the taste and texture but I do believe it helps with nighttime GERD. There is no true equivalent to this product in the US which is a shame.

Works for my reflux better than any other medicine. I have a Zenker’s diverticulum and am pleased this alleviates the pain and inflammation.

They do not sell Gaviscon Advance in the USA for some stupid reason, so I'm grateful my doctor told me about it and that I could purchase it on line. YES, I LOVE this stuff. It's the only antiacid product that actually WORKS and I've tried them ALL! This stuff is a miracle. The order came promptly and with no issues whatsoever. Thank you!
