Vick’s First Defence has helped me avoid or lessen the effects of sore throats and colds for the past several years by using it immediately after I experience my first symptom. I always have it in the house even though it’s not sold here in the U.S. Also, I always take it with me when I travel. It’s an effective product and makes a big difference.

They sent the wrong item. 10 bottles of Vicks Sinex which is a pharmaceutical decongestant spray which is not what I ordered. Because they ship though Shop there is no way to communicate and ask for a return or exchange.
