Shipping Policy

Handling Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and handling before your order ships. This time is needed to prepare your items, verify payment, and arrange for shipping.

Shipping Options

Tracked Economy Shipping (Default)

  • We offer an affordable tracked shipping service for all international orders.

  • For U.S. orders, we use Royal Mail International Tracked, which is delivered by USPS once in the United States.

  • For other countries, we will determine the most suitable courier based on your location and order details.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • United States: 1–3 weeks

  • Other destinations: 1–3 weeks (depending on local customs processing and courier efficiency)

  • Remote locations may experience slightly longer transit times.

Tracking Information:

  • All shipments include tracking.

  • Tracking updates may be less frequent than express courier services, but your package will remain traceable from dispatch to delivery.

Express Shipping

We have discontinued DHL Express Shipping for the USA due to the higher duty rates imposed on express courier imports into the United States.

  • By using Royal Mail, duties for U.S. orders are capped at 10%, helping keep your total costs lower.

    • For all other international destinations, DHL Express Shipping is still available.

    Estimated Delivery Time (DHL Express – outside USA):

    • 1–5 business days (depending on location).

    • Most orders arrive within a week from the shipping date.

    Tracking & Reliability:

    • All expedited shipments include full tracking and priority handling.

Customs & Import Duties

United States Orders (Effective August 2025)

  • All U.S. orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

  • A 10% “U.S. Duties & Taxes” fee is collected at checkout, based on your cart subtotal before shipping.

    • This ensures you will not face unexpected customs charges upon delivery.

    • Important: The fee is calculated before discounts are applied at checkout. If you use a discount code, the duty fee does not automatically recalculate. In most cases, the difference is only a few cents. If you feel the fee was too high, contact us and we will happily adjust or refund the difference.

  • Duty for U.S. orders is capped at 10% thanks to the use of Royal Mail rather than express couriers.

Other International Orders

  • For destinations outside the U.S., import duties and taxes may still apply depending on your country’s laws.

  • These are generally collected locally by your customs authority.

  • Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes unless otherwise specified.

Delays & Customs Processing

Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Local customs clearance requirements

  • Seasonal postal delays

  • Remote destination handling

If your order appears delayed, please allow extra time for customs processing in your country.
