Please be aware that we are still open and making deliveries and that your safety is our priority. Enhanced hygiene practices are in place to protect staff and customers. 
We apologize if there are any delays in getting your order to you. Shipping has been impacted by global issues beyond our control.  We have been informed by USPS there is on average a 10-day delay on top of the usual delivery time.
Some orders may incur additional shipping fees. This is a temporary measure. We hope to be able to offer free shipping again once things return to normal.

How can I check the status of my order? 
You can check the status of your order by logging in to your British Pharmacare Account which you have set up in order to make your purchase. To read more on the status of your order, please read our Shipping Policy or Contact Us.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Economy and tracked services to the USA Canada & Japan will vary by location but in general it will take 7-23 days to reach you.
Tracked services to the rest of the world can take between 1 & 8 weeks to reach you depending on location.
Expedited services will generally reach you within 1-5 days.

I am a re-seller or business what can you offer me?
We can offer you unbeatable wholesale deals and discounts as well as a drop shipping service if preferred. Check out our best selling items to find popular products which may be suitable for your store. Contact Us for more information.
Will i be charged any customs fees or duty?
You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. Open import fees calculator here.
Customs duties, tax, general sales tax, value added tax or import tariffs may be assessed by the customs authorities of the importing country depending on the contents and destination country of your shipment. If there is a duty, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay. Payments will not be made to British Pharmacare; they will be paid either to the carrier at the time of receipt or through the carrier’s individual invoicing system.

Can all of your items be shipped via DHL expedited delivery? 
Unfortunately not. The following items are unavailable for DHL expedited delivery due to potential customs clearance issues.

Will I have a receipt for my order?
Once your order has been placed you'll receive an email confirming the details of your transaction including the order number and the items purchased. Your package will include a copy of your receipt as well as contact details if there are any issues.
How can I amend an existing order?
If you would like to amend or cancel your order please contact our Customer Care team in the first instance via our Contact Us page. Please note; sadly we are unable to cancel or add any additional items to your order once it has been shipped.
Can I cancel or return my order?

How long does it take to process a refund?
We aim to process your refund within 24 hours of receiving the goods or order cancellation, however it can take up to 30 days to receive the refund via the original payment method. To read more, please visit our full  Returns Policy
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. We also accept a few select crypto currencies including Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum.
Please note; the payment will appear on your statement as British Pharmacare.
How do I alter details in my online account?
To update the personal details on your British Pharmacare account simply Log in and go to 'My Account'. Read more on how British Pharmacare manage your personal information in our Privacy Policy
What happens if a product is out of stock?
We aim to replenish our stock levels daily but if the item you're looking for is currently unavailable, our Customer Care team will be able to provide an estimate on when the item will be in stock or recommend an alternative. You can either visit our Contact Us page or speak with a Customer Care team member directly on +44 161-222-7890 . Our lines are open 9am - 5pm GMT Monday-Friday. 
How is my order delivered?
Your order will be delivered in a sturdy cardboard box or padded envelope. Your privacy is very important to us therefore we ensure all items are shipped in plain packaging. If you are using our economy or tracked Deutsch Post shipping services and your order weighs more than 2kg your order may be delivered in batches. What happens if I am not in when my order is delivered?
If your order has been shipped with our economy or Tracked service your order will not require a signature and will be posted through your letterbox. If your order does not fit in a letter box the driver will knock on the door to hand you your delivery. If you are unable to receive your delivery, the items may be returned to your local Post Office depot or left with a neighbor.
If your order has been delivered by DHL a signature will be required to complete the delivery of your package. If you are unable to sign for your delivery, the items may be returned to your local DHL or Post Office depot. If you do not collect your items they will be returned to British Pharmacare who may charge for the re-delivery.

What if I don't want your emails?
Then you'll break our hearts into a million pieces but you can opt out of any marketing emails by signing in to your account and going to 'my account' and 'my newsletter preferences' and click the 'unsubscribe' button. How do I make a complaint?
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with the service received from our company please consult our customer service team in the first instance, and they will be happy to help. It can be found by clicking here.
Which prescriptions do you accept?
Unfortunately we cannot process or dispense prescriptions via this website. The items available for purchase here are general sale items only.

How do you manage my financial and personal information?
We use "Sage Pay" & "Paypal" secure payment services to ensure your financial information remains secure.
