How Gaviscon Advance Works
Unlike traditional antacids that work primarily by neutralising stomach acid, Gaviscon Advance forms a strong protective raft on top of the stomach contents. This barrier helps prevent acid from travelling back into the oesophagus, providing effective relief from the symptoms of gastro-oesophageal reflux, including heartburn and acid regurgitation.
Directions for Use
Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Chew 1–2 tablets thoroughly after meals and at bedtime, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. If symptoms persist after 7 days, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Great company with excellent response time for any questions regarding shipping or products. The tablets are convenient but they are sticky so you do need to brush your teeth shortly after to save your teeth. Otherwise an effective product with excellent service from the pharmacy.

I was buying these from US but they were made in UK. Now US source says their Gaviscon are “unbranded “ so I feel more comfortable buying from British Pharmacy, made in UK. Yes the shipping g takes longer but not that long and it’s worth it to me.
I appreciate how this product is helping my GERD and acid reflux but I do not like how it sticks to my teeth when I am chewing them. I have ordered to liquid to see if I prefer that .
