Shipping Options

Tracked Standard Shipping

All international orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.

• United States: Orders are sent with Royal Mail International Tracked and handed to USPS for final delivery.
• Other destinations: We select the most suitable tracked service for the destination and order.

Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days from dispatch. Delivery may take longer for remote locations or where customs processing is required.

All orders include tracking. 

Expedited Shipping

Expedited delivery is available for selected products and destinations only.

If your order is eligible, the expedited option and estimated delivery time will appear at checkout after you enter your delivery address. If it is not shown, your order can only be sent using our standard tracked service.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

United States

U.S. orders are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Any applicable charge is collected at checkout as “U.S. Duties & Taxes”, so you should not be asked to pay additional import duty or customs charges on delivery.

Other International Destinations

For orders outside the U.S., import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees may apply. These charges are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Any applicable fees are normally requested by customs or the local delivery provider before delivery.

Delays and Customs Processing

Delivery estimates are guides, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs clearance, local postal disruption, seasonal demand or remote-area delivery.

If tracking shows that your parcel is in transit or awaiting customs processing, please allow additional time for it to progress.
