Bought this nasal spray when I was in London this last summer. Best long-acting nasal spray I'd ever used. Only one squirt per nostril kept my sinuses clear all night without the usual burning I experience from 12-hour nasal sprays available in the U.S.

The photo on the box did not match the product container. I received a pump spray which does not dispense the product properly when the product level is low - resulting in a fair amount of product that is wasted and does not spray out. I thought the product was a plastic spray container that provides 100 percent dispensing of the product. Nearly 25 percent of the product was unusable with this pump spray.

When visiting Europe this summer, I had a cold and purchased this nose spray from a pharmacy. It worked so much better than the nose spray I had been using. I will be purchasing again!
