Gaviscon Advance Liquid is a remedy for indigestion, acid reflux and heartburn, helping to keep excess stomach acid under control and keeping irritation at bay. Gaviscon Advance Liquid is available in a delicious peppermint flavour and is perfect for those who struggle with indigestion or heartburn after eating spicy or fatty foods, or after drinking coffee or alcohol. It can also help those who are suffering from acid reflux because of a hiatus hernia or an inflamed food pipe.

Gaviscon Advance Liquid contains two active ingredients which work together to ease acid reflux and prevent heartburn. These ingredients are sodium alginate and potassium hydrogen carbonate. This means that they form a thick layer over the contents of your stomach, keeping excess stomach acid from moving up into your food pipe and causing irritation.

Each 10 ml contains sodium alginate 1000 mg and potassium hydrogen carbonate 200 mg

This product has made my nights much better. Without it I have extreme reflux and this makes it so that I can sleep. It’s very much appreciated. Wish it were available here in the United States because it’s such a long delivery time but I try to order enough ahead of time that it isn’t a problem for me.

I’ve only had it a few days, but I’m rather disappointed because it doesn’t seem to be working as well as people suggested it might. I’m having a lot of coughing at night and so I’m upping my dosage to see if maybe that was the problem. Very happy with the way, it was packaged, and it arrived in a Philly decent amount of time. The experience from ordering to receipt of the product has been great. My doctor suggested I try this product to help with acid reflux. Too early to tell if it is having an impact but first reaction is I am not having a negative impact. When I have a follow up visit, I will have more information that tells me this is working.

The order was 5 days awaiting shipment. Then it sat at depots for two weeks. Then the local delivery couldn’t find the address and left their “card” at some random place we never found that and emailed us without leaving their contact info and never called us until we asked the British Pharmacare sales for help. They were great but this was a stressful, difficult, slow, disappointing transaction.
